Sometimes I have the craving for something decadent.
Instead of cracking and going all out, I've come up with my own little solution.
I get a protein shake in the morning anyway.
Sometimes, I mix my 1/2 scoop protein powder and my 4 oz of unsweetened almond milk and add it to my 1/2 decaf, 1/2 caffeinated fresh pressed coffee.
This morning was chocolate!
