So, I gained 1.5 pounds in the past 7 days.
Coach thinks it's probably water weight and probably a little muscle gain, because everything else has reduced.
All measurements have either gone down and 2 stayed the same.
I'm down another 0.75% in body fat.
110.5 pounds, 18.81% body fat.
I'm still progressing and that's good.
I have two doctor's appointments this week for my back/hip stuff.
I took it light Saturday and rested Sunday.
It does definitely feel better,
but there is still the ever constant ache.
Still working out, but keeping it light.
Here's to this little kink working itself out this week.
