Yeah, that look on my face? It's because I weighed myself at the gym, and the scale says that I weigh more than when I started back in August. Even worse? It says two pounds more than when I weighed myself on Saturday. Grrrrrrrrrrr
So, I ran my two miles then kicked out an upper body weight routine. Time to kick this up a notch.
I'm going to try and get to exercising six days, at least cardio six days and weights 2x to 3x a week.
Even sadder? I haven't even been having my cocktails!
I say pooh, and I'm having a cocktail tonight.
