Not to jinx it, but I've lost 2 pounds since Friday - 120.5 lbs. Yep, a little chunky for my 5' (stretching to )1" frame. I think just cutting out my libations will melt it off. But let's face it, I love to have a glass of wine, a beer, or a fancy mixed cocktail. They are yummy! So, this week I'm holding back during the week, until Thursday that is when we have company coming over. I just feel the need to offer and indulge when I make a dinner for others.
Plus, just being able to move more and be more active finally is helping immensely. I'm feeling good.
