Slang of the 1920's

The 1920's slang dictionary! How fun! I am going back and incorporating old slang into my vocabulary. Perhaps, I can stop talking like a sailor when I get frustrated and replace bad words with what was once considered naughty. =) People today probably would not even notice that I was being obscene, lol.

What a fantastic link! I adore "vintage slang" too, and am constantly using words like "swell", "nifty", "golly", and even the occasional "bee's knees" (though to be fair, those terms might be more from the 30s-50s).

I'm off to go read that site thoroughly - thank you for posting about it! :)
